Glad that the instructions include some comments about things to avoid and about knowing when to stop. Wish there were more explanations of what these three exercises do, exactly, and why they’re better than similar exercises without the ball (the first one has a bit of that). But pretty good overall. Kind of feel like Julia was used as a robot or flexible mannequin. She demonstrated well, but she’s ordered around a bit.
