Starting Position
  • These exercise ball exercises require you to lie supine on the floor with your heels bent and your feet flat on the floor.
  • Hold the ball in your hands overhead on the floor.
  • Roll your knees to the side while keeping the ball stationary.
  • Hold this and then repeat on the other side while keeping your feet on the floor.
Action
  • Hold this position.
Stretches
  • Trunk rotators and spinal ligaments
Physio Tips
  • It is normal to feel a stretch but you should not feel pain. Do not do this stretch if you experience pain. Consult a physical therapist.
