Exercise Ball Exercises - Kneeling Trunk Rotation

Position |
- These exercise ball exercises require you to kneel
down onto one knee with your other foot behind you.
- Holding the exercise ball in front of you bring your
arms up so that your shoulders are at 90 degrees to your body.
- Rotate your trunk as far as you can to the side.
- This is a particularly good exercise ball stretch for
golfers. The golf swing requires a great deal of spinal rotation.

- It is normal to feel a stretch but you should not
